Im helping a friend with a engine conversion in his ED civic hatch.
Originally it was a carby d series engine, it now has a complete D16y8 swap, engine, dizzy, loom ecu.


I have two issues currenlty:
The ecu fuel pump trigger doesnt supply enough voltages to trigger the fuel pump (only 3v)

The second bigger issue is that there is no spark or injector pulse. I have power at the ecu, Checking the dizzy with a scope i can see there it is reading and this is being transfered to the ecu.
What should i be checking next?
