Default D16y7 head on a d15b ef

I have a head from a d16y7 (obdII) and I want to slap it on to my '89 d15b. I know it will bolt on, but I have a few questions...

1) Will I need to get a d16y7 timing belt or will the d15b one work?

2) Is there anything besides the dizzy that I need to switch out to make the d16y7 head work?

3) What head bolts will I need to use? I've heard that the ~'89- 95ish d-series all use the same head bolts, but what about the newer OBDII heads?

Default Re: D16y7 head on a d15b ef

Another question. I hear that the TDC marks on the cam gear of the OBDII head are different than the TDC mark for the d15 obd0 block. Any way I can figure out how to put my timing belt on? Any helps is really appreciated!
