D16a1 into 95 hatch

D16a1 into 95 hatch
Ok I have have a d16a1 sitting ready to be put in my car and i want to make sure everything goes ok Here are my concerns:
a) will that motor bolt up to my tranny? If so what do I do with the crank position sensor. I am pretty sure it wont bolt up, but I want to make sure.
b) I do have the transmition that came with the motor. Will I be able to use the same motor mounts? will the drive shafts meet up? And what would I have to do with the crank position sensor?
If you guys have some input I would really like to hear it
