i blew my d15b7, so i got a d15b replace it, i found a deal for a d15b for 350, here is the thing, when i got it I notice there where 2 v-tec selinods, so then i found out that it was 3 stage vtec. The owner before me wired the 2 together. Anyways I dont have the vtec hooked up. But we have every thing hooked up and the engine isnt starting, wants to start but doesnt turn over and start. Here is my set up and pics, plz some one help!!!

JDM d15b 3 stage vtec / OBD 2 Trying to make it work as 2 stage vtec.
P28 ecu / chipped and reprogramed to d15b OBD 1
d16z6 wire harness, and intake manfold and injectors. OBD 1

I have 2 distributors, one from my d15b7, that one match's up with all 3 screws and one from d16z6 which only matchs up on 2 screws. I tryed both and didnt work... I dont know what to do. im at a loss.













I have a cupple of things that I dont know where they go, and we have them pluged up at the moment, so what would make an engine not start at this point?
