D15B long block replacable with D16A??

wondering if i can just bolt in and swap over a D16A/Z into my GF's EF civic (it has a cable trans)

it has a twin carbie D15B4 block ATM...

which long block would be best (most power!)

(i will be leaving the twin carbies on... will this work?)
