Default d15b in 90 ef si not starting, HELP!!

finished wiring up the D15b thats in my cousins 90 EF Si, but the car wont start. bought a obd0 to obd1 conversions harnes for ecu /P28 and dizzy conversion harness as well. have double checked all wiring and checks out fine. but the engine still wont start. im not sure what spark wires or plugs are in the engine. do i need specific ones from another engine? how about dizzy? whats the code to the one it needs? any other info is greatly appreciated. thanks.

well, i found out what the problem was. the guy who did the swap, installed the D16A6 distributor along with plug wires and plugs. I know that doesnt work. Can someone tell me which distributor is the correct one to use? and are the wires and plugs fine or do those need to be changes aswell?

You can use any OBD-1 VTEC ECU and maybe even the OBD-2's.
