D15 Head tolerance questions
I need some info on tolerances for valves. The car is a 91 civic DX, stock everything @ 128,000 miles. The timing belt skipped 1 tooth and car died.
The head is off and disassembled.
The valves were ground (mildly resurfaced). I have checked all valves' faces and all except 2 were at or less than 0.001". The 2 that seemed fucked up were the #4 and #1 cylinder intake (only on distributor side). These were about .0023" out.
The guides seem to be ok.
So the tolerances that I need to know are:
Valve face (where it meets the head)
Valve stem / guide clearance.
Valve stem itself
I need tolerances in inches.
Thanks in advance,
Ryan

Somebody has to know. I am getting ready to put the head back together, and I really just want to double-check myself. Any thoughts from anyone who's did a valvejob of any sort will be appreciated.
Thanks again,
Ryan
