d15 or d16
i am very confused. I have a '94 Honda civic lx. This may seem like a gay question, but how do i check the engine i have? i have been told i have a d15 and a d16. I also heard you can't do much to a d15 and i should get a motor swap, but im short on the cash. if some one could give me a site to help out that would be great. I also searched and couldn't find much.

the way you check for what motor you is. blow the head on the left side on the block it should say d16 or d15 in your case d15. you can gat SOCH Vtech on for $250-500 low miles.
not trying to sound like an ***.. but we were all in your situation once.... just by asking those questions i can tell you need to learn a lot more before you do a swap or any modifications
... or i guess you can just pay like 10 times more and have all that stuff done by a mech...
