Does anybody know if there are any differences on the snout/neck size of the d-series cranks. Are they all compatible? If not, is there are chart of which works with which block? Trying to find a new good condition crank.

 

D16A6/Z6/Y7/Y8/Y5 cranks are all physically the same size, but you will get better oiling with the A6 and Z6 cranks. The D17A1/A2 cranks have a larger snout. The D15B1/B2/B7/B8 cranks are the same.
