I have a 86 crx with a d15b7 block and the head pm3-18...what year and mode is this

 

Okay this is the deal I've got a 95 Honda Civic I bought for my wife when I'm looking up the engine head code it shows p 2 f-HA-6 and no matter how much I'm researching there is not a head code to match this one that I have found it is non VTEC the engine block is a d16 y7 does anybody have a clue of what the head code is p2f-HA-6 it would be greatly appreciated if anybody could give me any information on what head this is
