Default d-series crankshafts

Im just wondering if a d16 crank will work in a d15. Since all d-series blocks are 75mm wouldnt a d16 crank work fine in a d15 block?

Any help please.

So even if I used d16 internals it still wouldnt work. Also use a d16 crank pully.
