I have a simple question for you guys. Do PM7 pistons fit in a D16Y7? I have heard they do, and boost up the compression pretty well. Is this true? Is there anything else i would need to get them to fit? Please let me know. Thanks!

what else are you planning on? what cam are you planning on with the y7 head or are you swapping the head for something else?

They'll fit but the piston height / combustion chamber volume with these parts will be much different. Not sure of exact specs, but if I remember right PM7 will put you somewhere above 11:1 compression; with the Y7 or Y8 head it may be even higher.
