cylinder head cover bolt missing.
Hello. My valve cover gasket has been seeping/leaking oil for awhile. This is due to the cylinder head cover bolt, part number 14 in the picture below.
This is a D15B7 engine. 93 civic lx.
This bolt holds the rocker arm assembly, and it holds the valve cover on, but the thread that holds the valve cover on on gone. So what I did is call Honda and ask if they have any, they said no of course, said it would take a month to get them and at a very high price.Plus I live in mexico, and junk yards, used car parts are now illegal, so that doesnt help.
What I did was take out the bad bolts (red circles in picture). Then put 2 long bolts through the valve cover and screwed them in.
Now there is nothing holding the valve rocker arm down in that position. But there are bolts near by to help it out (blue circles in picture).

It seems like the 3 bolts surrounding the missing bolt should be enough for the rocker arm.
Has anybody had to do this? does anybody know if it should be enough to hold the rocker arm?
Any opinions are welcome.

part # 90014-PM3-000
I already removed it yesterday and I drove around, no weird sounds or anything. But I still would like to know if it is safe. I know bolts are there for a reason, but I also know some bolts can snap or be removed and still be backed up by other bolts.
