Current problem/radiator fan won't kick on
Alright here's the deal my friend just got an LSvtec installed which I think kinda has nothing to do with this, but for the past few days he has been having problems with his radiator fan kickin on....fuses look ok and everything else seems fine....what can be causing this problem....
any theories would be helpful
thanks

There is a coolant temperature switch located on the thermostat housing that switches the fan on when the coolant gets to a specific temp.
Locate the switch (Green plug), disconnect it and join the two terminals on the plug/loom side. This should bring the fan on. If it does, then the switch is faulty.
Hope this helps.

i have done a couple of swaps into efs and i never get the fan to come on on its own. i always use low temp thermostats and integra radiators for the dual core. but i know that the fans always worked before so i never seemed to find the problem. i wired the fan to switch in the unlikely event anyway. just my 2 cents.
