Default ctr vs itr flywheel

i was just wondering what is lighter the CTR or the ITR flywheel.
as a friend is looking in buying a flywheel on ebay...
she doesnt want to go to light as it is for a daily driver.
Im trying to find out if the ITR is lighter or if CTR is?

any info would be good

I believe they are the same, and even if they weren't there isn't going to be any noticible difference between the two anyway. I'd go much lighter than either one, but that's me.

ITR/CTR have same flywheels, and it definitely won't be too light for her car. I switched from stock b16 to CTR flywheel and couldn't even tell a difference.

they are same,

ITR/CTR= 14 lbs
B16A= 18 lbs
B18= ????????

you should have been able to tell a little by going from 18 lbs to 14 lbs. that is a considerable amount of weight to lose at the flywheel

Actually aren't the Type R flywheels 15lbs? Either way, nope, I wasn't able to tell much. Maybe if it was down in the 9-12lb range Most the people I know who have flywheels over 10lbs agree that theres not much difference in feel although I'm sure there physically is difference.

It isn't as much as it sounds, and the ITR is actually ~15 lbs., so the difference would not be very pronounced.

Sounds good, I had heard around 14.5 before so that sounds close

ITR = 15
The rest of the B18's = 18

I have a few friends with 10lb. or less flywheels and they say the difference is barely noticeable.
