Default CTR Tranny!

Hey guys, I just installed a ctr tranny in my cr-vtec eg. Everything works fine just that my clutch pedal goes in really soft, before it was stiff. I tried bleeding it but still stays the same. I have a stage 3 clutchmaster kit. Can anyone help? I've tried search but nothing came up.

How are you bleeding the clutch ? That could be the problem, we had alot of problems bleeding untill we bought the Snap-On bleeder and it works sick. If no other idea's come up here then come by the shop and we can giveit a shot
