Default CTR piston

I want to put a set of CTR piston to my USDM ITR motor.

the head will be with Toda B, cam gear and valve spring + retainer
the bottom will be stock USDM ITR Road with JDM CTR piston.
what kind of compression will I get with this set up.
do I need to run Mod ECU to get the full power of this set up
..
or I will be ok with AFC

Plug in what you have and see what it says. I've heard its pretty accurate.
