does the 1990 crx with a b16 and the 99 Si/SiR share the same ECU? how bout the connector terminals are they the same?

the reason i'm asking is because i saw a shop manual of the crx and it shows how to test different voltages and resistance of the EACV, air conditioning signal and etc. and they also show how to measure the voltages between terminals of the ECU and also between ECU and various terminals of sensors. so i'm wondering if it can be applied to the B16 of the 99 Si/SiR coz i don't want to be shorting out terminals of the ECU.
