Yesterday i recently purchased a 90 crx hf for a good price.One of the reasons why it was so cheap was because he said the alternator wires caught on fire.When i went and inspected it.I noticed bare wires directly going to the positive side of the battery.I took this off and there hasnt been any problems with it since.Today when i picked it up i was inspecting it at my house and noticed that the battery ground wasnt even connected too the frame....just to the tranny.I believe these two problems caused a fire in there.Is there anyone that can concur my idea?Has anyone had any other ways of fixing this?
