Default crx afterburner valve

Dear Sir:

I have a 1985. Honda, CRS, Carb version 1.5 L. All of the emission stuff has been removed. A Weber 2-bbl Card was installed. The Weber covers up the air/fuel intake to the "afterburner" inlet on the intake manifold. The engine runs hot and no one can tell me why. Do you know???? If so what do I do????

You need air/fuel mixture going to the "afterburner inlet" on the intake manifold.
