I am swapping b20z w/ type r head into 2000 ek and I have a few questions. 1- which intake/throttle body to use? 2- Which header for under $300? 3. Exhaust- thermal cat back ok or should I replace w/ better? 4. Type r cams good or is there better for cheap? Thanx-

1. OEM ITR Intake manifold or Skunk 2 Manifold and ITR throttle body or just get any other B-series tb.

2. Hmm under $300 really limits you especially with that motor I'd save up a little more and get a JDM ITR manifold for $360 or so depending on who is running a special right now.

3. Thermal cat back is fine.

4. I'm guessing those are ITR cams? They're not to shabby, you may benefit from selling those and using your cash from that to buy some CTR cams.

 

Anyone have any opinions on DH racing? They have 74mm ported and polished im and tb for $550. Too large? Good deal?
