Default CRVtec Help Needed

I've been working on a CRX with the CRVtec swap done, engine has the TWM itb setup aswell as the LC-1 wideband o2, and Hondata s300. everything has been wired up and plugged in, the hondata has been calibrated for the itb setup as per the calibration file that came on SManager for this setup. after racking my brain aswell as the other guys in the shop, im hunting for more brain power in this field.
the problem i am getting is when i turn the engine over the RPM reads on the hondata screen 65000rpm and the injectors are pulsing full on full off. i thought it might be a wiring problem so i back probed all the wires coming from the distributor to the ecu, all were good. i later thought the signal from the distributor was wrong, hooked up the oscilloscope and found no signal coming from the crank position and cam positon sensors. i installed another distributor from another crx in the shop and tryed it, and much to my suprise found the same results . Is there something i have to input into the hondata? or has someone else encountered these same problems with a solution?
thanks all.
