I could be wrong, but I'm not fully sure if this conversion is possible to make work on a civic, because the rear trailing arms are designed a little different to accomodate rear axles for the Real-time 4WD system.

As for the fronts, I'm not sure if the geometry/design of the the front knuckle's are exactly the same as regular EK civic knuckles; they may be designed a little differently to accomadate the raised stance a CRV has -- although that could all just rely on the spring & shock, and the knuckle assembly could indeed be exactly like an EK civic's knuckle assembly. Something I'm not sure about.

but i know of for a fact that the front wheel hubs & brakes are exactly the same as 5-lug ITR hubs & brakes...but ...CRV's use a bigger axle spline & nut (36mm). The rear hubs & brake size I'm not sure about though.

sorry for the half-*** info..haha..

according to katman, you would really just need the front and rear hubs, jdm axles, rear spindles, and the appropriate calipers for the front and rear. if you can pull these parts yourself, or get a good deal, then start pulling and start piecing.
