Cruise control
I know, i know, don't flame me for such a dumb little problem.
The cruise control in my 96 civic nearly got me a ticket.
heres the deal: where ever i set it it will go 10-15 mph over or under. is there anythign that can be done or is that just how it is?

Never heard of that. Sounds like it's malfunctioning...you could pick up a new control unit from the junkyard and see if that resolves it.
