Default Crower Cams?

Has anyone ever used crower camshafts? I want to change my d16y8 cam with a stage 1 crower. How long does it take to change a cam, valve springs and retainer? The shops in my area told me 8 hours? It can't take that long. Does anyone know of a good shop in the Lexington Kentucky area?

I had Crower 03's in my B16 they were great....i sold them and and got CTR cams.....and made more power...the crowers work better on higher compression motors....
