Crazy Weird Idle Issue

When I start my car it idles like normal at about 1200 but after 3-4 secs it jumps up to 2300 and stays ... as if im mashin the gas. Any ideas? Help is badly needed i got 10 days till B-Day and i really need it in working order. Thanks.

Nm I Figured That Out...... Now When Im Driving It. White Smoke Comes Out Pretty Steadly, And When I Step On It It Just Lugs Out....idk I Just Want My Nice Runnin sohc back
