Default crankshaft position sensor problem

would a crankshaft postiton senor prevent the fuel pump from flowing or starting.
i swap a new bock on my 00 civic si and i had to add the Crank sensor. i also added a msd box. im not gettin any power supply to the fuel pump at all. i will be checking the fuses and find out if im getting power.

No, the ecu will still turn on the fuel pump without that sensor. The car will run, it will just have a code for it set.
