Crankshaft bolt
Had an epic experience changing the timing belt. The crank bolt finally gave in but it put up a fight. I see that ARP makes a replacement. Anyone ever use one? Or have a reason not to?
I was told by...who knows....that the issue was the washer would develop some corrosion and it was the true culprit. The ARP washer that comes with the $30.00! bolt is made from a material they say won't corrode.
I guess this would fall under the category of "Can't hurt but likely won't help".
