Default Crank Sensor

Okay, I did a search and found nothing about wiring up a OBD1 Crank Sensor.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Here's a little back up on the car
00 CX EK
95 OBD1 B18C Swap
P72 ECU

I believe it's inside the distiributor, but how do you wire it up?

CKP sensor is in the distributor, on my '95 integra it's like this...

Blue/green wire goes to pin B15 of the ECU.
Blue/yellow wire goes to pin B16.
I think the blue/green wire has a grounded shield.
