crank pulleys interchangeable?

are all B-series crank pulleys interchangeable? is the size difference going to make the timing marks wrong?

The timing marks should be fine regardless of the pulley. Just out of curiosity, what leads you to believe the the JDM pulley is a different diameter than the USDM? I've never seen any info to indicate this, but then again, I can't recall any discussions regarding it either, so I suppose there's an off chance it's true. Either way, the pulley will be just fine.
