Do all the B-series engines have the same Crank pulley??? Or more specific, Does my B20 have the same diameter pulleys as my old B18C motor? What i really want to know is if i can just buy a power stearing belt and through it on there..?
b18b's ac section on the crank is larger on the crankpulley
the b18c's have the same diameter ac and alternator sections on the crankpulley.

Kay, i read your post like 50 times to make sure. THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS!!
One more thing now. My friend told me to get a CTR crankpulley. i asked him why and he said "cause all the racers do it!" i guess he meant because it was lighter then other stock pulleys and IS OEM..
But if i get a Unorthodox Racing (im not sure if thats spelled right but i think you guys know what i mean) crankpulley for a GSR, and slap it on there will i be able to use nomal GSR belts???
Or if i just get a stock GSR crankpulley i should be able to use stock belts right???

The CTR crank pulley he is talking about is the CTR N1 pulley. The CTR n1 pulley is a billet aluminum unit, similar to the Unorthodox Racing "race" billet aluminum racing piece.
These pieces are much lighter than the stock crank pulleys, weighing something like a 1/3 the weight of a stock crank pulley.
The Unorthodox Racing pulley is also smaller in diameter and underdrives the alternator.
Both units only have the ribs for the alternator belt. Use of the power steering and AC belts is foregone.
Both units also do not have the rubber harmonic dampener found in the stock pulleys.
Immediate detriment of using solid billet aluminum crank pulleys is uncertain, but not likely. However, accelerated wear of the main journals (especially the #1 main journal) is expected.
To keep all your accessories, your options are:
Unorthodox Racing "street" billet aluminum crank pulley - allows you to use all the accessories. Pulley is lighter. Pulley is underdriven and turns the accessories slower. Requires longer accessory belts.
OEM B18C crank pulley - I think that only the AC belt is different (shorter), but use all the GS-R acc. belts anyways to be sure.

Is the Inlinefour N1 Enduro crank pulley different from the CTR N1 pulley?
The Inline one is just like stock except it does not have the A/C or power steering ribs and it DOES have a harmonic balancer.

yeash...they're different. The CTR N1 pulley is a solid billet piece and lacks the harmonic dampener.
CTR N1 pulley is $115 from Leo and the chopped OEM Honda pulley by Inline Four is $150.
