I'm planning on doing an all motor buildup with my 2000 GSR. A good friend of mine who was building up his b18c1 has decided to now go with an ls/vtec and is selling his brand new CP pistons. specs on these are:
Bore: 3.209
CR: 12.5

I'm wondering 1) any thoughts on these pistons and 2) what cams would be the right choice for these. 11.4 seems to be the right spot for skunk2 stage 2's, which was what I had planned on running along with standard bore ctr pistons. however, if I were to bore and use the cp pistons would cams such as the toda spec b's be more suited due to their need for higher static CR, or would the 12.5 static CR be alright with the skunk2's, my friend also suggested I might want to inquire about custom grinds from Crower ( i believe that is what he was going to do)
