Default Cooling Ideas

Im working on cooling for my car and am looking for any ideas. I just purchased a fluidyne for a GSR from my friend and finall finished installing it on my car. Now that the radiator is in there, Im looking for anyone that has installed a swirl pot in their Honda. my friend had one on his RX-7 but I wanted to know if anyone knew how they worked and how the lines are supposed to be set up. Also, has anyone used or is using an water to oil oil cooler? I was going to run with an air to air, but Ive heared that the water to oil ones work more efficiently and also have the added benefit that I wont have to worry about over cooling in the winterg.

The factory cooling is usually pretty good until something breaks. I have never heard of a swirl pot, is that another name for expansion tank? Some hondas have a water/oil cooler, dohc vtec motors. There is no such thing as an air to air oil cooler.
