Default coolant burning or something else causeing smoke?

Well i just finished installing my cams, springs and retainers and my car has some white smoke coming from it, not sure what it is. I do know that some liquid from where the power steering pulley is leaked out, is this coolant?

is your car overheating? is their oil in the overflow reservoir? it could be excess gas. what color was the fluid?
