Converting OBDII ---> OBDI

Converting OBDII ---> OBDI
let say i drove a 2000 integra LS(OBDII) and I wanted to convert to OBDI, how is this actually done? do i just hook up an adapter cable and an LS OBDI ecu and call it a day?
