Converting EVAP's
I originally had a d16y8, this setup has the EVAP on the fuel rail. The canister has two lines coming off it, one to the soleniod and one to a hard line (that runs to the tank)
Now.. I swapped an LS manifold in with my b20, I did not hook up that obd1 evap soleniod, all I did was run that line from the canister that orginally went to the obd2 soleniod, i ran that line to the throttle body vacuum port (i know its wrong)
I'm getting pretty poor mileage, I assume this is why. I was looking at the obd1 style evap system and there are 3 lines opposed to two lines run on mine, so I would assume running an obd1 evap soleniod wouldnt really work.
What have you guys done? I would prefer to have an EVAP system on my car.

well after looking over both systems on both cars, it looks like i would need to swap canisters.
I think i'm just going to say expletive it to the evap system and just disguise it so if I ever get pulled over i dont get harrassed.
Unless anybody has a simple way of hooking it up?
