Converting 1 wire o2 to 4 wire? please help.

Converting 1 wire o2 to 4 wire? please help.
ive done many searches and haven't found the one that pertains to me.
I have a 95 civic cx. b20 vtec motor with a gsr harness.
The car is wired for a 1 wire o2 sensor and the gsr harness has the plug for the 4 wire. Where do i run the ecu wires to the engine harness?
