Converted p06, B16 CEL Code 10 & 21

Converted p06, B16 CEL Code 10 & 21
Ok, finally I got the motor wired up and ready to go. VTEC kicks, but still sputters. I'm getting Chek engine codes 10 & 21. I've heard of something going wrong when converting the p06 to a p28. I dont know who converted it. Putting transistors backwards or something. Anyone know what the codes could be? I think they are IAT & VTEC Solinoid or something but everything is plugged right.
