Convert obd1 to obd0 b16 dizzy?

can you convert obd1-obd0 dizzy by swapping plugs and matching wires? i know ive done obd2 to 1 before... i have a 90 crx b16 runnin obd0 and need a new dizzy and i have a obd1 b16 layin in my garage.. pls help

with the OBD0 its not like the OBD1 to OBD2 were its just color match, its just to difficult because of the ecu complications
