Control Arm being pushed out.

Control Arm being pushed out.
What can cause a control arm to be pushed away from the body.
Im getting my Maxspeed Coilovers and Camber kit removed this coming week.
Ive had nothing but trouble with those coils.
The Problem as it looks is, the Coilover Phsyically cannot drop lower then 1" and it said 3. (Front)(Rear is perfect)
The problem with the Control arm is that it got pushed out and it is pressed up against the innder fender wheel weld.
What can cause that? I think it is the camber kit.
Can anyone explain any scenario's that could cause that?
Why? Well, Im getting the coils removed and Im thinking about buying H&R Racing Springs and KYB AGX dampers. And H&R drops Approx 1.9 in the front. I am scared that if I buy the Springs the arm will still hit.
Is the camber kit most likely causing it? thx
