Default Compression Problem? HELP

My buddy and I did a compression test today and cylinders 1&2 read out at around 120 and 3&4 read between 80 and 90. We didi some resistance test on my rotor cap and plugs and they were shot. I have been having horse power and acceleration problems for a while. My exhaust smells like burnt coolant. It has also been burning like 2 1/2 quarts of oil in a week and hal f. My buddy seems to think it is my head gasket starting to go out . ell me what you guys think. Thanx
Oh bye the way i have a 1996 D16Y8 w/ 120,000 miles

Symptoms are consistent with a failed head gasket. Keep an eye on your coolant level to avoid overheating and causing more damage to the engine, until you can get it repaired.

More than likely it is your head gasket. Depending on the severity you might want to check for coolant in your oil, or oil in your coolant.
