.30thousands is about .3-.5 points right?
soo ur at about type R compression

run the highest octane available, be careful of running the greddy kit,
even though its pretty safe. i don't trust the blue box.

i dont' liike milling heads, you should've gotten another headgasket or sumthing, later
you might run into problems if your going all out.

goodluck

Nothing wrong with milling your head, but now you got to make sure your timing is correct because the milling retards your timing so get a timing light with an advance and get a set of cam gears.

BUT I have no idea about running high comp and a turbo.

If your trading heads, then just get a thick headgasket (a good one) to lower things a bit. But again, your gonna need adjustable camgears.
