Default Comp cams for Dohc Vtec

Are these any good considering, The stage 1 cams feature 220 degrees of intake duration and 222 degrees of exhaust duration (@.50) will i have to change my T-body and intake mainfold for better flow any input would help its for a b16.. thank you

Comparitively there aren't a lot of people using comp cams with there Honda motors. Also a lot more people would be able to help you if you could get the specs on the lift, and the duration in measurements other than .50.
