COLD IDLE PROBLEMS
89 CRX with 1Gen B16 and JDM PW0. The car takes few min to idle properly.
When it's very cold, starting the car causes it do die. you have to idle it for few minutes for the idles to come to proper cold operating parameters, i.e. 1500rpm.
When it warms up, it works fine. Idles come down to 700RPM and stay there solid.
It's just that initial hesitation of rpms to reach cold operating parameters.
What gives???
