Default coilover stuck... how to get loose?

my rear passangers side tein hr is stuck, wont raise or lower? the other side was easy but this one wont budge. iv soaked in Liquid wrench and took the thing out of the car and cleaned with toothbrush but still cant loosen. im going to get pb in 10min. since everyone says thats god but what else can i try. No heating, its a gas shock. other ideas?

Have someone hold the coilover and hit the spanner wrench iwth a hammer.

I had to do something of this sort on a friend's Apex'i N1's (only with vise grips). Water came pouring out of the bottom (preload adjustable). We should have drilled holes in teh bottom of the sleeves to keep it from happening again and anti-seized the threads.
