should i get tein basics for $660 shipped or ground-control/tokico bluse for $600 shipped???

they are for street use only, i like the car pretty low, im in nj so is the teins rusting gonna be a problem, and what spring rates should i get? i had gc's before and the stock spring rate seems a little soft

 

What kind of car are the going on? If its an EG civic you can put dc2 c-overs for a stiffer spring rate. I'd go for the teins...only because youre getting tokico blues(non-adjustable). I didnt care for them.
