Coil Over Suspension
I dont know what "worthed" means, but coilovers will work fine with stock shocks, however, chances are the stock shocks will go out pretty quick.

And it'll be best if you find out what the spring rates are. To stiff and there goes you shocks.

everyone raves about groundcontrol "coil-overs", but despite the fact they are eibach springs, I would call their standard ones rice. This is because the standard spring rates they offer are just about stock rates, so it's just to lower the car. You can get basically any rate you want from them, but if you just ask for coil-overs, without specifying, they will give you weak ones, or so I understand. Personally, I think springs are springs, when the rates are the same. SO, I have DropZone Coilovers (uber-ricey) but, swapped the springs for 350F/450R and it is a pretty tight ride with KYB AGX shocks.
Did I mention dropzones are only $100, shipped?!

My R has stiffer shocks from the factory. I have Skunk coilovers & They are only a bit bumpy @ times on bad roads but, over all I likem. If you can find a set of Type R shocks to go with a decent set of coilovers youl be fine. DON'T FORGET TO GET AN ALIGNMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
