Default Code 92

My cousin has a 97 civic w/ a 97 b18c in it and recently started thowing code 92...Can't figure out what it is..motor just has basic bolt ons and we have changed and cleaned the entire fuel system..car hesitates and studders...also this may not be related but it happens worse when the A/C is on..

any help or advise would help ...

Correct me if I'm wrong...but I believe obdii trouble codes end at 91...how did you read the flashes?

That is very weired because I thought it ended at 91 also. I guess I learned something new today.
