Default code 9 on my 89 si w/ Ls swap

wat up peoples today when i turned on my car to move it inside my garage my engine check stayed on and it would never do that before so i popped the ecu and is throwing code 9 i already cleaned out some censors that were dirty with oil due to the fact my friend kept takin off and putting back on my distributor need help do i need a new distributor or can i just swap out some parts????

Follow the troubleshooting procedures in the helms manual for a code 9.
If you don't have a helms manual, try another distributor assembly.
