Default Code 73 or 74

I posted this in the civic forum but then I relized it belongs here, anyways.
I have a 00 si sitting in my garage and its throwing thoughs codes. There is oil on spark plug number 3. What does that sound like ? I'm gonna check the seals on the valve cover, but if it ain't that. What else could it be, rings maybe ? I'm gonna check all the plugs and wires to make sure everything is ok there to. Also this just happen out of no where when the person was driving.

if the oil is on the top of the plug then yes check the valve cover seals, but if is is on the part thet is in the combustion chamber then its not the valve cover seals and i would tend to lean toward valve stem seals. are you burning alot of oil? is it low is there smoke in the exhaust? if so then thats your prob. probably. hopefully its just cover seals.
